🌿Ayurvedic Foot Massage (Padabhyanga)
Sink into deep relaxation with this grounding Ayurvedic Foot Massage designed to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and restore energetic balance. Rooted in ancient healing traditions, Padabhyanga focuses on the feet as powerful gateways to the body’s vital energy channels (Marma Points).
Warm oils are gently massaged into the feet and lower legs using slow, rhythmic strokes that melt tension and nourish the tissues. Long strokes flow along the feet and lower legs, circular motions ease the joints, and gentle kneading softens tired muscles. Specific pressure points on the soles, toes, heels, and ankles are stimulated to encourage healthy circulation, release energetic blockages, and support whole‑body harmony.
This treatment is especially supportive for anyone experiencing stress, restlessness, overthinking, or fatigue. It’s a beautiful way to unwind, reconnect with yourself, and invite a sense of grounded ease back into your day. It's perfect for those seeking a nurturing, restorative experience that blends physical comfort with energetic healing.
What to Expect
You will be lying down comfortably on a massage table or if you prefer, an anti gravity chair. I will be using warm oils in combination with hand strokes and a Kansa/Kasa bowl (a traditional copper tool) to massage. This helps to draw out toxins and heat. Afterwards, your feet will feel very soft and your mind very quiet. I provide a warm towel to remove excess oil but your skin will remain moisturized.

Marma Points: The Hidden Maps of Healing In the world of Ayurveda, Marma points are known as the 'secret' or 'hidden' points where your physical body meets your consciousness. You can think of them as the Ayurvedic version of acupuncture points.
There are 107 Marma points across the body, with many of the most powerful ones located in the feet and hands. During an Ayurvedic Foot Massage, I gently stimulate these points to release 'Prana' (life-force energy). This doesn't just soothe tired muscles; it sends a signal to your nervous system to drop into a state of deep repair, clearing away toxins and emotional heaviness.
Disclaimer: I use oils so please wear pants that can be easily rolled up to the knee or bring a pair of shorts that you can change into. I also encourage you to bring a pair of socks for afterwards as your feet may be slightly slippery.
