Signature Reiki Session
The perfect reset for your mind and body. A full body energy balancing session. I begin with a brief check in to discuss your goals (relaxation, pain relief or emotional support), followed by 50 minutes of hands on or hovering Reiki. We conclude with a few minutes of grounding and reflection.

Crystal Infused Reiki
Amplifying your healing with earth’s vibrations. In this session I incorporate crystals to deepen the healing process. Specific stones are placed on or around your body to correspond with your chakras (energy centres). The unique vibration of the crystals work in harmony with Reiki energy to clear blockages, amplify intentions and provide a more targeted energetic “tune-up”

Distant Reiki (Remote)
Healing from the comfort or your own home.
Energy is not limited by distance. This session is conducted via Zoom or phone. We will connect briefly, and then you will lie down in your own quiet space while I perform the session remotely. It is just as effective as an in person visit.

Ayurvedic Foot Massage
Grounding through the soles of the feet. Based on ancient Indian healing traditions, this rhythmic massage focuses on the “Marma” (vital energy) points of the feet and lower legs. Using oils and traditional techniques, this treatment helps to calm the nervous system and improve circulation.
It is incredibly grounding.
